If you have a girlfriend or you're married and you have intercorse with another person but you wear protection, does that still mean you've cheated? The reason I ask is due to the fact that you're wearing a condom, there's really no contact between the 2 people.

OMG I can't believe that someone could be soo stupid!!! If you have a wife or girlfriend and you even soo much as have feelings for another woman you are cheating!!! And in case your thinking "well it was a one nite stand and I don't have feelings" ok, so what, if you kiss another person its cheating! Lets just put it this way, if you do something with another woman that you would normally only do with your wife or girlfriend then you are cheating!! You need to do your woman a favor and leave her cuz you are a jerk who doesn't deserve a relationship!

Are you serious? Of course you've cheated. You had sex with someone else... regardless of whether or not you wore a condom.
What I'm understanding from your question is that sex, really isn't sex unless your not wearing a condom...
I think there would be a lot more virgins in this world if that were true.

By committing the act you are cheating. If you only kiss and hold hands it is cheating; if you only have phone or Internet sex it is cheating; physical sexual intercourse is just another way to cheat. You can also have what is called an "emotional affair" without having any physical contact.

You are still being unfaithful so it's considered cheating. Clearly you were flirting, touching and kissing this other woman so yeah that's cheating. What if your girlfriend/wife had sex with another man but he wore a condom... would you consider that cheating??

Yup - it's still cheating. I don't even think for many people it the sex act - it's the fact that you wanted to be that close to someone else. I think I would be more upset to find out my husband had spent a couple hours kissing another woman than if he just fu*ked her. (without emotion - kissing implies emotion.)
