if Gore had won, war wouldve been a distant threat, crime wouldve dropped drastically, and our environment would be much more clean and efficient. i mean, hes a DEMOCRAT. if we had gore, america wouldve minded its own damn business for a couple years for bloody well once. but this answer will get a lot of 'bad answer' votes cuz noone actually thinks about this question and just uses their american bush-modeled view of things. but its the truth.

If Gore had won in 2000 I don't believe we would be fighting a war at all. I don't believe 9/11 would have been allowed to happen and I believe the massive oil subsidies would have already been transferred to research and development of green energy so the oil companies wouldn't have had the leverage, or sympathy of the president to start this military farce.

If Gore succeeded in his attempt to steal the election in '00, or even if John Kerry had won in '04, the US would be decimated by terrorist attacks by now and we would be fighting the islamo-nazi's off in our neighborhoods on a daily basis. That is if the dems had not taken away our right to own guns. Thank goodness I live in Texas...a state that would secede from the US before we gave up our guns.

Bush isn't fighting a dirty war. He's fighting a politically correct war, all because of liberalism. Gore wouldn't even fight a war on terrorism.

What is an environmentally friendly war. Throughout history war has been dirty. Why no comments about the terrorists from you. Their actions are far worse than ours!

Very well could be, I still think Bush would not make a small wort on Gore's fanny when it comes to common sense.
Come to think of it that would cover most people in the US, you Bushies are going to have to admit you made a mistake and backed the wrong man!

things would be completely different.
i think american's are just getting a really expensive lesson with bush in the white house - we have been asleep at the wheel and our government has just been hijacked in a most noticeable way.
i am reminded of a line in one of bob dylans songs - "there are many among us who think life is but a joke - but you and i have been thru that." - bush is going thru a 2nd child hood and having a ball - what have we learned from this?

There would be no Iraq war because that was never a reason to start it in the first place.
