I'd give it all to my parents. It's kind of like paying off for all the stuff they did and gave to me, it's just that it's only an itty bit of it. Think of it, they raised us, fed us, sheltered us, stood up for us, and most importantly, they loved and cherished us, no one can ever replace that, no one. So I say that they are the ones that deserve it. Don't you think so? :o) Smiley!!!

I would hope I could put it in a IRA but that would depend on if there were any major bills hanging around that would need to be paid.
Of course if my kids found out about it they would want some, funny how that works! I think they have ESP sometimes.

Half would go towards books this fall and the other half i'd splurge on a road trip with my best friends.
We really want to go out west and I think a good $500 would do the trick. I need a vacation.

i would put that money with whatever other savings i had at that time then throw all that money into a good bank account with a steady, safe percentage return for like 30 years and forget about it...then one day ill be suprised by the bank in 30yrs....lets say i screw my life up(which i doubt) ill be very glad i did that cuz that'll be my poverty retirement lol....if life is good to me ill buy something nice for the wifey so she knows i love her (brownie points haha)

I get paid more than that every two weeks. My wife gets a little less every two weeks so between us that's a 1000+ each week. An extra 1000 would always be handy though. Do you want my bank account details for a direct deposit.????. LOL

My mom doesnt even want me associated with anything my chemical romance and that sux even worse but i dont care, i'll love them anyway.

I would buy some craft stuff and fabric so I could make better things for the nursing home and I would also probably buy some good food things that I don't normally splurge on. (I love to cook)

Depends on the timing. Right now we're moving, so it would go towards moving expenses. Any other time, it might go towards a vacation.
