Jesus Christ was. However, He is also GOD. So if you do not include Him, then it would have to be Adam. Adam was created perfect, which means that he had full use of 100% of his brain, unlike us, people today who only use a fraction of our brains. And before you bring up the arguement of him and his wife, Eve, eating the forbidden fruit, I would like to point out that, that was not an error of the mind, but of the will.
