i am conserend about a little red dot on my nose it is on the outside of my left nostril?

my inside nostril is swollen and i fell pain to the touch can u tell me if i should be conserened about it and what could it be?

i have had it for a while now like 6 weeks i thought it could be a zit but i dont think they last that long
