Since when is being liberal synonymous with hating capitalism?

Capitalism is like any selfish beast -- it's going to do what it wants, within its power, to survive and to grow, and usually doesn't care much about the consequences or collateral damage.
That's fine. That's the nature of capitalism. And where there is active public interest in an issue, the market economy will regulate itself. Or at least, that's what pro-business advocates believe.
Most liberals disagree. They feel that business will not regulate itself, and has too much power to be regulated by consumers. So, to them, government regulation is the only answer, and the only way to reduce the collateral damage.
As far as "religious terrorists", so many different religions have so many different forms of terrorists that it's hard to know which ones you are talking about.

Why do "immoral" capitalist hate "liberals" and religious groups?..better question but I have run out for the day...American style, government for sale, politics is no example for the world and as long as America keeps trying to impose their sort of government on other nations, they better be prepared to suffer the wrath...open you eyes..your government is using "hate" to form the populations opinions behind them and they attack courageous groups who stand up to them.

I can speak only for myself. All this trickle down, supply side, Milton Friedman, free market B.S. starts to look way too much like Europe in the dark ages economically.

terrorists hate our way of life, liberals hate our way of life. both want to control every aspect of our life. one wants to do it under their idea of religious law, the other wants to do it under their idea of government law.
