My 14 month old has just this week started the same thing, just letting out a big scream, a little one at toddler group was also doing it recently, the best thing you can do is just ignore it and he will grow out of it, if you fuss he will do it all the more

Ignore him I know it's difficult he's found his voice and the more you notice the worse it will get they tend to do things we don't necessarily want them to do or make a big deal about. I actually had to leave a restaurant one time because my son wouldn't quit screaming, I was furious but there's nothing you can do until they are old enough to understand what's appropriate and what's not. Good Luck

He might think it's funny because the first few times he did it th adults in the room laughed. Next time make sure he's not getting any positive reinforcement. Tell him to be quiet

quietly walk around the house holding him and whisper shhhh if that doesnt work maybe he's just bored, try giving him toys or things to do. Suggest going for a walk to a park ( if there is one)

if he is doing it just for attention let him scream it will build up lung power for when he is older just check on him every so often to make sure he isn't destroying stuff
