First, both. Then there's mostly hatred. After some time, you can remember the love. You got to let go of the hate.

Initially I focus on the hatred to help get through the really painful phase. This is the same for me as the dumper and dumpee. After that, I still remember the love.

I remember most the pain in my heart. That is an undescribable feeling. The more time passes though you remember the hatred less and the love more.

First..the hatred because I'm so hurt.
Then the love because I miss that person.
Then back to the hatred because I turn hurt into anger.
Then it stays that way till I see the person again, and that's when we become friends.

The Good, because I know that one day I will experience something even better than the good we had in our relationship. And also the Bad, because I want to learn from those experiences so I will never accept that kind of treatment from a man again. Because I know that I deserve the best of everything....
