Please help! There are two Cox e-mail users in this office and neither of us can log into our accounts. Our internet conncetion is fine and we can both log into our personal e-mail accounts, but our business accounts are inaccessible and have been for a few days. We are using the correct username and password, there is no doubt about that. When we try to log in, we get a message saying that the username and password do not match up. I have tried getting help from Cox's technical support group, but they were of absolutely no help. I tried contacting them by e-mail, live chat and phone, but they were confused and just kept directing me to other departments. Please help, we need to get into our e-mail, as a lot of our business depends on it! Thank you!

You do not indicate you are using Outlook or any other mail client.

I suspect you are trying to access it over the web.

If the user name and passwords are correct you will get in unless there is another problem. Since you cannot get in and you insist your user names and passwords are accurate, go to COX and request new passwords for your user names. They can reset the password to something new.

Of course there may be business reasons like unpaid bills but I presume this is not the matter.
