Please help! There are two Cox e-mail users in this office and neither of us can log into our accounts. Our internet conncetion is fine and we can both log into our personal e-mail accounts, but our business accounts are inaccessible and have been for a few days. We are using the correct username and password, there is no doubt about that. When we try to log in, we get a message saying that the username and password do not match up. I have tried getting help from Cox's technical support group, but they were of absolutely no help. I tried contacting them by e-mail, live chat and phone, but they were confused and just kept directing me to other departments. Please help, we need to get into our e-mail, as a lot of our business depends on it! Thank you!
