The square root of 0.04 is 0.2... is o.2 rational or irrational?

Also the square root of 4/9 is 2/3... is that rational or irrational?

Both are rational

Rational numbers can be expressed as a ratio of two integers.

0.2 can be written as 2/10, or 1/5
2/3 is already the ratio of two integers.

A rational number is a number which can be expressed as a ratio of two integers or as a fraction.

An irrational number is any real number that is not a rational number, a number which cannot be expressed as a fraction

0.2 can be expressed as a fraction, 2/10 or 1/5. So both numbers are rational.
