Also about a 36DD, so needed something I can get at least a strapless bra under.

Also wondering how you think the color block and top detail will look on a 36DD, flattering or not?

The dress is pretty but the skinny straps aren't the most flattering or comfortable for a large chest. Try finding a wrap dress or at least one with larger straps. Also try strapless with something light over it to cover the shoulders. A thick strap halter would work ala Marylin Monroe dress (not in white or see-through). Have fun.

As much I love the dress, I still think it's a little too casual for a wedding. Or maybe it's the colors, I think. Also, with the brighter color on top, your bust will definitely be accentuated. Furthermore, even if you do have a small or average waist, your large bust might make the dress look a bit tent-like on you. I may, however, be wrong.
Bottom line--great dress, but maybe not for the wedding. Something a little more form-fitting at the waist and a lighter color would be better. Just my opinion.

The colorblocking and thin straps might bring too much empasis to the bust, which would probably be unflattering. You want to go for something that has more detail and flare on the bottom to balance your figure out. It's a very cute dress though!
Good luck!

its a cute dress but becuase of the style of the dress youll chest will push out and it will cover the rest of your figure. thus hiding everything. I just spent all weekend dress shopping for my friends wedding and had the same problem. I suggest going into the mall and trying on the best style that flatters your figure, then you can shop online for smiliar stlyes.

the dress is cute but u like me can't wear a lot of things because we're top heavy the dress will make you look pregnant and depending on your height and weight will make you look nasty (ugly).
