I know it sounds disgusting but on both sides next to my Clitoris I've got what looks like a bunch of skin tags all bunched together. Im osrry and I know it sounds disgusting but im really worried, what should I do?

And I haven't had sex so it couldn't of been transmitted.

I had something like that and i went to the doctor an he said that it was Folliculitis (Infected Hair Follicles) not sure if this is what you have but my doctor told me to apply a hot rag an it will eventually bust or drain also Folliculitis does not generally leave scars, but the bump may be present in some form for an extended period of time. Usually the skin is completely normal after a month or so. i had mine for months before i got it to go away. At the top of the bump, there is usually a tiny blister filled with pus. These lesions occur in crops in the armpit, at the beard, on the neck or in the groin. They can sometimes be quite itchy an they often recur mine cme back a couple times. I would def go see the gyn.

Go to a GYN! If something's wrong down there, take it seriously and go to a doctor. It could be a STD. Either way, you need to know for sure.

Definitely go to the OB/GYN. It could be genital warts or something.

You are probably normal but see your doc and he can check it out to be sure.
