You can find all sorts of random stuff on youtube. I dunno about good, or whether or not it can be considered lessons, but you can copy a move or two.

Carmen Electra's DVD is OK (the one with green-ish cover), but I warn you - it is pretty basic. So if you know how to perform a lap dance in general, don't bother with this one. But if you've got no clue, it's a good start.
