I have a 1999 Saab 9-3 hatchback and the clutch feels weird lately. When I put it in gear, I let the clutch out and it just before the clutch is all the way out it goes in gear. It feels like the clutch is not engaging all the way.

Check the fluid. And With the repaire manual you may need to adjust the clutch however it should be self adjusting. Worst case your in for a replacment.

Sounds like you need a new clutch disc. Your pressure plate may also be getting weak. Time for a new clutch.
