To an extent yes, the more breast tissue you have, the greater the chances that it can become cancerous.. however, it also depends on your specific genetic makeup

Having larger breasts does increase your chances of developing breast cancer. The larger your breasts are the more likely they are to sustain mechanical injury. Smoking also increases your chances and so does family history.
