I live in GA (idk if that makes a difference) and I have heard rumors that I can't get my learners permit til i'm 16 and I can't get my drivier's liscence til i'm 17 because I was born after '90. Is this true?

It is not true -- there are some very strong rules, but I looked it up and you don't have to be 16, you can get the permit at 15 if you follow the rules.

Many states are always trying to up the driving age. So far you can get a permit at 15 in GA, however, there are some new requirements for getting a license. Click the link below for some info. Good luck!

it may be safer on the roads in case you need to attend until 17. i dont have a topic with it. whilst i replaced into sixteen i could of hated having to attend. yet too many sixteen 3 hundred and sixty 5 days olds lack the attention span to be good drivers. i'm waiting for a lot of thumbs down from many human beings yet i'm additionally keen to wager those human beings would be below 20

For Illinois, no.

I'm 16, born in 1991, and have my drivers license. I got my permit when I was 15.

And Illinois is a strict driving state.

And the south (no offense, I used to live in Tennessee) is not known for it's driving laws. Heck, when I lived in Tennessee, Drinking and Driving was legal! I doubt it is now. And my old friends in Tennessee had a much easier time getting thier stuff than I did.
