Antivirus says a virus name downloader found. How can I remove it. Please tell me.?

A virus name downloader I found in my pc when I connect with internet symantec antivirus says clean failed qurantined succeed acess denied. What is this peroblem.

I think it is telling you that it has not managed to remove the virus but it has put it somewhere it cannot do any harm and you cannot access the virus (in case you open it and cause problems) You have no problem IF I understand computer talk correctly.
