i honestly try not to feel that way...
but last time i went to the grocery...the woman behind me had like 2 things in her hand...i told her to go in front of me (i had a cart full) and she motions for her kids to bring the two carts that they had full and get in line ahead of me.

I don't ever regret being nice to someone, in cases where people were ungrateful towards my good intentions, I usually regret not being even nicer to them, because I know they are the ones tossing and turning in the end.

a long time b/c i don't really care as long as i am right within myself i know it will eat them up later or when they are alone in thought so whatever. I am nice for me and my own conscience i cant worry about that crap. I also do not like when folks try and put a guilt trip on other people! a load of crap!

not regret..... but... i always think you can pick and choose your friends - unlike your family. which is why i take care when selecting my friends.
and it can hurt some, when things perhaps aren't what they seem and losing a friend is hard.
used to know a chap who emigrated to new zealand (it was funny, because he got the blame from his ex-wife for the break up of my relationship with his missus' cousin!!!.....yep, go figure! that's families for ya!!!)
....we only became friends shortly before he moved away - top bloke though and glad i got to know him, shame we lost touch.....but, being half way around the world does that. hope we'll catch up again one day.

very recently... this man just insists on walking right over me and stamp on my soul... so, being nice to him is now out of the question. But for me... it is tough to not be nice and to guard my boundaries.

Honestly, I can't remember. I try not to ever regret being nice. Its not about the outcome....its about doing it because you should :)
