I think Hilary Duff's sister Haylie Duff and Jennifer Love Hewitt are some of the ugliest celebrities I've seen, no matter how much they dress up. Not to mention how untalented they are! Of course Courtney Love is hideous too, so much plastic surgery.

Nicole Richie is a walking twig. Just vile.
I also think Kate Moss is hideous. I don't know why she is such a high paid model when she is a walking syringe.
Simon Cowell. No personality and man boobs. How attractive.

Even though I love him Adam Sandler.
Ok I know Brad Pitt is supposed to be hot but he just looks like a pretty girl to me. I like manly men.
oh and Kathleen Turner...is it me or is it just not a total insult that they made her be Chandlers cross dressing dad on friends? I mean she used to be hot back in the Romancing the Stones days. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

I think Jennifer Love Hewit looked OK in heart breakers when she didn't smile.
This is tough because there are loads.
Britney, Lindsay Lohan, Paris, Beyonce, Jessica Simpson, Mangelina Jolie, Brad pitt, Orlando bloom, Justin Timberlake etc. There's too many to mention.
