I Think that scary movies that include to much violence , blood & such music disturbs me besides being very week produced

THe scariest movie that I have ever seen, is The Exercisom of Emily Rose" i am 39 and had nightmares about that one....I would suggest not watching it! Also, I watched Hannibal Rising last night, that was pretty depressing and creepy too!
