Does it fork? They can only marry royalty, right? So there has to be some incest going on.

There is no rule that members of the British royal family can only marry royalty. None of Queen Elizabeth II's children did, and her father (King George VI) was married to a commoner.

As far as incest - it really depends on how you're defining the term. Nobody in the family has been marrying their sisters, but there has been marriage between cousins: Elizabeth and Philip are second cousins once removed. Queen Victoria married her first cousin, Prince Albert; that's about as close as it gets.

No,they marry commoners as well.Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother was born Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon,aristocratic,but non-royal.Princess Margaret's ex-husband was an untitled commoner by the name of Anthony Armstrong-Jones;he received a title upon his marriage but remained a non-royal.Princess Anne's married commoners;her ex-husband and present husband did not want titles.Diana, Princess of Wales, was born Diana Frances Spencer;she became a Lady upon her father's assuming the Earldom but she was non-royal.And Andrew and Edward married commoners as well.
Royals, once upon a time, usually made royal-alliances,but things changed long ago,so it is not a requirement.
And as to incestuous pairings, cousins married cousins.Philip is a third cousin to his wife the Queen, but they actually got married because they loved each other;it wasn't a political alliance.

its not like they marry their cousins or anything like that, they get with other 'royal' people...you know, people of a royal status. no incest at all.

Not now. Too many beautiful commoners to choose from, no need for them to commit incest.

Silly hamster, don't know where you get your info but they have been marrying the occasional commoner for quite a while now.
