Where can I go and open a savings account that does not check with Chex Systems or that does not care that I have a Chex Systems record in the state of IL?

I had that problem at one time in my life and went to Woodforest National Bank..they are what they call a second chance bank so they are ok with you having certain things in the past...i know that have several locations in IL, but not sure how close they are too you... here is the website.. www.woodforest.com

You should probably take care of the issue with Chex systems first. Not sure about what bank to go to, but, any bank that used Chex systems will probably not allow you to open an account with them. Contact Chex first and see what you have to do to remove your information from their records.

I don't know. Why don't you just go to a bank and try to open an account and see what happens? A savings account is not that risky for a bank.
