I see the X:34 all the time on the clock all the time. It started with 11:34, which upside down is "hell" and I would joke around and say it's some sign blah blah blah. But now it see it for every hour (1:34, 2:34, 10:34, etc.). It's not even that I'm trying to see that time but I just glance at the clock and there it is. It's not uncommon for it to happen 4-6 times a day. I am not really being serious about this and I know its just mental and stuff but I'm wondering if anyone has any crazy theories or has had that happen to them.

it means you're going to die. my friend saw stuff like that all the time. she would constantly poke me and annoy me by saying... look! 11:11! that was her favorite. she would see 1:11, and 2:22 and 3:33 most commonly, and then once she started getting really freaked out, she would see her birthdate, 8:29 alot. then after that she would see variations of X:29, like you said, and she would point it out to me all the time. like i said, she eventually died. she annoyed me so much i killed her.

Happens to me and my brother both...
We always "happen" to look at the clock right at 3:57...
But really its no big deal...I can usually "guess" the time even in the middle of the night within about 10 min. So once a person starts to expect to see a number "subconsciously" they'll see it ALL THE TIME, we have a very accurate internal clock and better peripheral vision than we give ourselves credit for, so if we start attaching significance to it, we see it more and more...Once we realized this, we saw that readout less and less...But every once in a while...

3:57!

I'm like him--it's coincidence--you're really good subconciously about "knowing" when an hour has passed. Like when you're trying to sleep and you "clock watch" waking up every hour on the hour. Yep, coincidence.
