Between 1:05 pm and 1:06 pm (provided there is no second hand.)

If the hands are advanced by gears on the minute, than at exactly 1:05:05 pm (including the second hand.)

AND

Provided the clock has a 12 hour face and not a 24 hour face! (If you are including the second hand and continuous sweep of all hands, it's a different story.)

Hour hand moves 30 deg each hour and .5 deg each minute.
Minute hand moves 6 degrees each minute.
At 1:05, hour hand is slightly past the 30 deg (1 on the dial):
30 + .5m = 6m, or 30 = 5.5m, so m = 5.4545...
So the time of their exact same position is 1:05 and .4545 of a minute or 1:05 and 27.2727... seconds
