No reason a woman wouldn't work out as president.... unless of course you're referring to THAT woman...
And then it's her politics, not gender, that will be our downfall.

Yes, eventually a woman will be President. There are a few conditions first, however, an African-American man will be elected before a female will be, and second, the female will be a member of the Republican Party.
The US is surprisingly more focused on racial issues than on gender issues which is why as a nation which is why race will be looked past first.
As far as being a Republican, a female who is Republican is often more tied to family and conservative values. These two things would give her an advantage in a race.

Why wouldn't it work out? The rest of the world has long been used to women leaders. If Sen. Clinton is elected then it will be clear that we have moved past the gender issue - her election itself answers the question completely. Once in office, I'm not sure what you think a woman will do so differently than a man that her gender will make it "not work out." Gender doesn't have a thing to do with capability.

As I see it, a woman is just as capable of leading as a man. There are several countries right now that have women as their leaders. It's pure nonsense to think that a woman is incapable of being president.

No. B/c women are too sensitive. We-as a nation- can't be afraid to kill ppl who need to be killed. I know if we could find a woman who was totally American and didn't care about all the ppl everywhere else then yeah... perhaps... but all i see a woman doing is trying to feed all the starving kids in Africa... and thats not cool considering we have starving kids here.
I think i would make a good president... but i'd hurt ppls feelings... and i wouldn't care... bein' "politiclly correct" is over rated

Trust me...women have been running the country for decades...simply because their husbands(presidents) are taking advise from them.Your fooling yourself if you think their not. And yes one day there will be a woman president if enough women will run at the same time, I'd vote for a woman..but...i will not vote for hillery.

Why not? If the *person* is capable and qualified why should the gender even matter? But, to some, it does - and that's a shame. But, that generation is dying off.
