Ask the "me first, screw you" GOP types on here. Compassionate Conservatism is an oxymoron.

The other countries have POOR health care. most of the doctors are volunteers. That is why it is free. Our health care is the top knotch. It cost alot of money to do the research and buy the wonderful machines that can detect cancer BEFORE it kills you and to pay the doctors and nursese and secretarys. Sweetheart, do the research.
So to answer your question...
No we will not ever have free health care
(but hey im sure if you take care of yourself you wont need it)
Tell the truth....
Would you rather have a baby in a hospital in the US , or in Ethiopia?
or would you prefer Belize?

Socialized health care is great, read up on how you have to wait weeks, and how people die before they get the medicine you need. You probably have only heard one side of it. Socialized anything is bad, a socialist society is scary, and this is one step. Why must you think you need the government to take care of you? You live in a democratic-not socialist- society in which the mantra is you get out what you put in. There is no such thing as free health care, and the taxing on your and my wages pay for it. Do you think it's free, really. NO, not at all.

You might want to consider that the USA is the only country that doesn't have socialised medicine and we have the highest quality health care in the world. Perhaps the two are related.
The question shouldn't be "Why not us if we are so great?"
The question is, "Since we're so great, why hasn't anyone else followed our example? If everyone else is so not great, why would we want to be like them?"

FREE? Surely you're dreaming. ALL of our taxes will end up sky-rocketing. Is that what you truly want?
Do you think that the government hands out things for free and the tax payers get free rides?
I HOPE NOT!

There is no such thing as "free" health care. You still pay for it through your taxes; the fact that you might pay nothing at the doctor's office is merely window dressing.

No. No service provided by the government is free. It will be much worse than that. We will pay for it with hidden taxes and hidden costs.

The fact that people consider government funded programming "free" scares me to no end.
