the world is not recucled for humans.

we are evolved in the chain of evolution which started from a single celled organism.still we are not the perfect masters as diseases and natural calamities can kill human beings easily than other creatures.

nature will again continue mutations until a perfect creature is obtained by trial and error method.

The planet Earth was not "recycled" for any purpose. The Earth continues to evolve, matters NOT what humans do. We know dinosaurs "ruled" for a period. Then rose the mammals.

When you ask "who", that usually means a person or people, humans. There unconditionally is no previous higher than or equal to human life form that inhabited Earth prior to Homo sapiens. There are absolutely NO evidence of extraterrestrial life on Earth. In fact there is no proof there is life anywhere except Earth.

Some other mammals that ate, slept and procreated.

All I keep reading about are people talking about human beings being the pinnacle of evolution, the higest form of mammal, blah blah blah. Yes, sometimes it's quite nifty that we are clever and can speak and think. But its also made being a part of our species so complicated and unclear.

Who says humans are the pinnacle of evolution, better than every other species that has ever been? Oh yes, it was a human being. How do I know that my pet rabbit siting smugly in my living room corner isn't thinking the same thing about itself?

Recycled for human habitation? What?

In short, before humans lived on Earth, everything else did. First came the unicellular organisms (~3.8 byo), the the multicellular ones, then after some time and evolution, sea plants, the seas animals, then plants moved to land, then animals moved to land and so forth and so on and then humans finally evolved and managed to take over.
