Umm, yah, now that I think of it, yes I still do have a couple of exes as friends. We kinda got a Jerry and Elaine thing going on. : )

Yes!, what a great question! I lived with this man for 19 years, we have known each other for 29. Next year we are taking a limo to the place we met after 30 years, and party like it's 1999, or in this case 1978!. Shoot, nothing like giving my age away! Oh well... such is life!
P.S. We still love each other, but he drinks too much and is not a happy camper when he does, too bad, so very sad.

No. Seriously. I am not trying to be hurtful or hateful. The only reason a person wants to stay involved with an ex is because he or she can't break away, and can use this as an excuse to cause problems with their current significant other. It isn't right to do such a thing. He or she is your ex for a reason. No friendship can exist with an ex. The only involvement that could exist is if you and that ex have a child or children together. Why women consider this "helpful" is beyond me. I think you are just fooling yourself. PLEASE don't report me for my opinion.

yes i have in one instance as well. we still talk a lot, and sometimes hang out (were seeing harry potter together) like yesterday i was playing trivial pursuit and wanted to win so i texted him (yes i cheated lol) cause i knew hed know this one answer. i think there will always be that awkward sexual tension (like wow, your dick was in my mouth) but its something you have to overcome. its been a growth experience for me too. good question =)

Yea I'm still friends with my ex whi I'd been dating for 2 years and we split up because he figured out he was gay I hated him for it but then I realised it wasn't really his fault.

My husband and I was friends for 20+years befor we got married.And he's still my best friend. But yes I have a couple guys I dated and we are still friends

yeah i do. I have stayed friends with most of them... I only really hate one of them. So yeah being friends can enrich your life!
