If so, how do you manage to find that time to re-group and find peace.

I make the time. I shut my door, I take a drive, whatever I need to do whenever I need to do. It is very, very important to take a few minutes for yourself. 5 minutes!

⥠Sometimes I do find my respoonsibilies overwhelming. I work full time 5 days a week (daytime 8:30-5 approx) then I go to school at night M-Thur from 5:45 - whenever we're done class.... So really it looks like I have weekends free, however I have tests every two weeks and homework... my weekend is usually filled with studying.
⥠Sometimes its hard to find the time to regroup and even just to breath... but the a couple hours out for yourself on the weekend or a day during the week when you can. Try a long hott shower and maybe lunch with a loved one or a friend... you can vent if need be or simply just talk and eat. :-) It usually relaxes someone right away just to have their friend there.

Everyday of my life. I have a husband, 3 kids, 1 mother-in-law that lives with me, 5 cats, 2 jobs. I spend time with God in order to re-group!

yes - far too many at the moment, what with impending redundancy, family & stuff.... figuring out whether to start a business - when all it does is rain....
everything...feels like the whole world is on my shoulders at times....
but hey - i think i can see a light at the end of the tunnel now (and it ain't a train a comin' !!!)

I know..Throwing out the garbage is just too much responsibility...A one week vacation after one trip outside is just not enough to regroup

I out-source as little as possible, opting instead for careful delegation of non-critical duties.
