HCl is a strong acid
NaOH is a strong base
HCl + NaOH >> NaCl + H2o
Moles HCl = 26.23 x 0.1036 /1000 = 0.00272 = moles NaOH
25.62 mL = 0.0256
M = moles / L = 0.00272 / 0.0256 = 0.106 M
