They sell pre -foreclosed homes. Are they a scam? There web site is hrnational.com They claim to put you in a home with no money down and no credit check. You just take over an existing mortage. It sounds good but too good to be true.

yes i just happen to run across an ad they posted in craigs list today and did some reserch on them they are a scam. they will take your money after the 90 days and sya that you didnt put enough effort in to findiong a home. they also use to be called www.homesrelief.com,

I don't know anything specifically about that company. But you know the old adage that if it sounds too good to be true, it is. No responsible lender would set you up to own a home with no money down and no credit check. Think about it. I don't know what their game is - but there almost certainly is one.
