Well, it's pretty easy to start by factoring out a z and a y:

z * y * (7y^2 + 42y + 56)

Then we can pull out a 7:

7 * y * z * (y^2 + 6y + 8)

That leaves a simple quadratic. But I'll cheat, since I know that 6 is the sum of two factors of 8:

7 * y * z * (y + 2) * (y + 4)

Get it? 2 + 4 = 6, and 2 * 4 = 8. Anyway, there it is, all factored!
