It's a slang term for a man's genitals derived from when Linford Christie used to run with his tackle bunched up in a G String so that it wouldn't swing about during a race. A reporter once said that it looked as if he had stuffed his lunchbox into his shorts and the term stuck.

In Japan, the word "bento" (which is without question translated into/understood as "lunchbox") actually means the food *inside* the container rather that the container itself!

Sometimes people refer to a mans genitals as their 'lunch box'. Typically this is used for athlets when wearing tight shorts. I, personally would not use this phrase - lol! Either you are young and innocent or just having a laugh over your replies!!
