No, just depends on how yours hangs--some guys hang down, others protrude out more, making a bigger bulge.

that happens to me too, try to wear boxer breifs b/c they are more restrictive and will keep it down but it does depend on how your penis hangs. boxer breifs may cause your penis to bend up or down or left or right. but most guys have that anyways
