Hi I have NTL bb but it wont access all of the internet site. e.g in Canada. How do I fix it as they wont call

From your description, you can access many public internet sites properly. However you wish to access some that you are not able to access. I presume you have entered the site address properly and the site is legitimate.

If the above is correct and you contacted your ISP over this, it sounds like your ISP has blocked these sites. I do not know the sites you are trying to access but certain ones are blocked by ISPs for numerous reasons, not the least of which is that their content is not what they consider suitable or that they are known as transporters of maleware (e.g. viruses) to the ISP and the ISP's users.

Since they "won't call" you over this, I suspect the sites you are wishing to see are on the ISP's blocked list.
