hes someone who complanes all the time. icant be happy or feel safe with him.im always on edge.

try not to respond to his complaining. if he is ignored he will eventually quit. or try recording him for a day and playing it back when he is in a good mood.

You need to leave him then. Life is way too short to be so miserable and to waste your time like that. If he complains that much, he will probably be relieved that the relationship is over anyway. Go find someone who actually makes you feel happy and safe. Good luck!

I dated someone like that once. Until I left the relationship, I continued to be unhappy. His upset and anger left me constantly on eggshells, whether he was around or not. Finally, at the end of the relationship, I felt like a huge weight was lifted off of me. I believe prayer helped me through it, and that God was with me when I made that decision. It was a long tedious relationship, and though I was scared to leave it, I had the strength to do it. I am now happily married, and have not felt like that since. May you have the strength to do what you must to be happy once again. God bless.

lissen no one can make someone happy, thier is absolutly nothing YOU can do to make him happy. he either is or he isn't you can try and change this or that but it will not really change. I have a friend like this, it doesn't matter what is going on he will find something to ***** and complain about, even if he has nothing in his own life to complain about he will start looking at others and complaining about them... i know that type they can only help themselve....my advise to you is do what YOU need to do to make YOU happy

You should just get rid of him you need some one to make you happy not sad and on edge there are plenty of other guys out there that would make you happy

Make him aware of how he sounds towards other people and the negativity that he gives off. Ultimately though, you can only make yourself happy and if his bad moods are rubbing off on you rather than you rubbing off on him...maybe it's time to walk away.
You could always try taping him when he is being negative and have him listen to it - he may not realize how bad it sounds!

Why should you waste your time with someone if neither of you is happy?
you are happy nor do you feel safe.... that doesn't sound like a good relationship to me. You owe to yourself to be happy

Tell him exactly how you feel and see what you can do to help him. If he doesn't strighten up and fly right leave him alone and move on. He may have depression and need to be seen by the doctor.

Tell him that there are plenty of other men out there that won't complain and be totally happy with you. Live to make yourself happy as well, you can't spend your life trying to please everyone all of the time. It will cost your happiness, trust me on this one.
