its about a woman who got cloned by this guy, and the clone got abit perverted and they start to like each other. i think its a romantic comedy/ comedy. pls helP!

...might you be referring to the 2002 production, entitled "Reli-Kate"?? The synopsis you describe sounds quite similar.
I happened upon this one out of curiosity, sight unseen, while browsing through used DVDs at the swap meet, and surprise!!! It was actually pretty good!!!
