Buckingham Palace, in London. The Prince of Wales lives in the Clarence House, so I assume William and Henry spend a lot of time there as well.

Ummm London. But the Royal family has several residences, so I imagine they pretty much live wherever they want to.

Their country house,Highgrove is in Gloucestershire.

If you are in London during the summer,Clarence House is open for tours.
