Think of it like this - when you look at someone simply walking on the street, do you think they're crazy? No. They're not thinking that about you, unless you're acting crazy.
Boost up your self confidence. Truly people are not judging you like that. They may hate your shirt or love your shoes, but they surely don't think you're crazy.

Yes, but not that I'm crazy. I would never feel comfortable walking alone in the city. I live in a 41.000 population town. I feel like people are looking at me weird too. What I did to help myself? I just don't go alone. Unless I'm headed towards someone.

It sounds like Agoraphobia
Agoraphobia is fear of being in places where help might not be available, typically fear of crowds, bridges, or of being outside alone.
Causes, incidence, and risk factors
Agoraphobia is a disorder that most often accompanies other anxiety disorders, such as panic disorder or specific phobias.
If it occurs with panic disorder, the onset is usually during a person's 20s, and women are affected more often than men. People with this disorder may become house bound for years, which is likely to hurt social and interpersonal relationships.
Symptoms
Fear of being alone
Fear of losing control in a public place
Fear of being in places where escape might be difficult
Becoming house bound for prolonged periods
Feelings of detachment or estrangement from others
Feelings of helplessness
Dependence upon others
Feeling that the body is unreal
Feeling that the environment is unreal
Anxiety or panic attack (acute severe anxiety)
Unusual temper or agitation with trembling or twitching
Additional symptoms that may occur:
Lightheadedness, near Fainting
Dizziness
Excessive sweating
Skin flushing
Breathing difficulty
Chest pain
Heartbeat sensations
Nausea and vomiting
Numbness and tingling
Abdominal distress that occurs when upset
Confused or disordered thoughts
Intense fear of going crazy
Intense fear of dying
Signs and tests
The individual may have a history of phobias, or the health care provider may hear a description of agoraphobic behavior from family, friends, or the affected person.
The individual may be sweating, have a rapid pulse (heart rate), or have high blood pressure.
Treatment
The goal of treatment is to help the phobic person function effectively. The success of treatment usually depends upon the severity of the phobia.
Systematic desensitization is a technique used to treat phobias. The person is asked to relax, then imagine the things that cause the anxiety, working from the least fearful to the most fearful. Graded real-life exposure has also been used with success to help people overcome their fears.
Antianxiety and antidepressive medications are often used to help relieve the symptoms associated with phobias.
Expectations (prognosis)
Phobias tend to be chronic but respond well to treatment.
Complications
Some phobias may have consequences that affect job performance or social functioning.
Calling your health care provider
Call for an appointment with your health care provider if symptoms suggestive of agoraphobia develop.
Prevention
As with other panic disorders, prevention may not be possible. Early intervention may reduce the severity of the condition.

Take it as a compliment. B!tches stare and roll their eyes at me because I am the Top Modl of Cleveland, and guys just stare and wish. I don't have the bug head but the stares and the comments add fuel to my fire and keep my looking the very best I can EVERYDAY.
I wouldn't even entertain it. Walk proud with your head up and chest out, and know that ENVY is powerful and some can't control themselves.

That's not a crazy look they are giving you...It's a look of jealousy. You'll be suprised to know that MOST people have an "I have it worse than you" story and they'll give anything to trade lives with someone.
They are merely looking at you and wishing THEIR problems would go away. They're thinking..."Gee, I'll bet she doesn't have the problems that I do."
Just remember that YOU are the only one that can be you. Nobody else can do it any better.
;)
Did the different perspective of "them" work?

I have this too. I have learned to tune them out. They are not paying attention to you. And for those who do, it could be a compliment for some people may like the way you look. AND for those who are not so nice, what do their thoughts mean to you any way? What matters is you and your thoughts and no one else's. You live in your world not theirs. You can tune them out. With out being rude you just act like there is no one more important than you.

You are experiencing paranoia, which is a symptom of depression. Your spirit is suffering from indecision and a battle between right and wrong. Go out to a favorite lonely spot and, on a piece of paper, list the things you believe in. And list some short term goals that you want to achieve.
Deside what is right and wrong in your life and repair it.

Yeah, I feel like that, almost all the time, I've gotten used to it though, it's not so bad, I just learned to relax and possibly start singing a song in my head (not out loud), that's usually distracting anough.

It sounds like you may have social anxiety disorder possibly accompanied by panic disorder. There are anti-anxiety medications out there and there is behavioral therapy available. I would see a therapist if it is severe.
