Did anyone watch ET Sat. or Sun.?

Question

There was this clip on a celeb who was a beauty queen of some sort when she was in high school and then she gained some weight. The clip showed the exercise program/schedule she used and I want that but can't find it on ET's website. Does anyone know how I can find it or the name of the celeb? Please include websites if you can.
