i have a axa sun life investment?

but lost the address to get in touch would the bank know by the reference number on my bank statement where i could get in touch or just stop the direct debit

Give your bank written notice that the direct debit is no longer authorized. If they allow additional debits, your bank is liable to you. If they don't, Axa Sun Life will find you to ask why you stopped the debits.
