Does anyone know where the ? button that activates all ? blocks is located?

There are three types of ? blocks: red, blue, and green.
To get the red button, get at least 10 stars. When this happens, there will be a ray of sunlight shining down in the main room. Stand where the rays hit, facing the front, press the upper c button twice, look up at the sun, and you will be taken to the button.
To get to the blue button, beat the first bowser and use the key to get into the downstairs room. Go through the door that is on the very right side in the back. Swim through the pool and stomp on the two pillars. When this happens, the water will fall. Leave the room and walk across the floor of where the lake once was and jump in the hole in the floor. That's where the blue button is.
For the green button, go to hazy maze cave, find the swimming beast. Jump on his head and point mario to the direction of the door on the side of the room with the red caged floor in front. Jump from his head to the platform and go through the door. This leads to the green button
