Hardees
I just so happen to know about this one, since my business is industrial baking related.
Hardees biscuits are made fresh at the store. McDonalds product is made at either East Balt or Automatically Rolls bakeries, and shipped and distributed thru commissaries via tractor trailor truck.

hardees technically have the better biscuit (fresher cause they make them in the store from the bagged powder mix and REAL buttermilk~~ made those messy things millions of times) (depends on who makes the biscuit at hardees.. some of em could blow kfcs biscuits out of the water!) but mc donalds tastes a little better ... but is frozen
mc donalds has the better bacon for sure good flavor and usually crispy the way i like bacon... hardees is thin, skinny, and greasy.... and almost raw ish (comes precooked and they put it on a try under a heater..
but hardees has the edge on the egg.... its fresh and not too overbearing and always hot... mc donalds is too thick and tastes like the microwaved eggs on frozen breakfast sandwiches... yuk!
so mc donalds i order.... 2 biscuits with only bacon! =)

I think I have to go with McDonald's.. I don't care for their eggs so much, add some sausage and a little mustard and that's the best breakfast sandwich.. Crap, I was already hungry.
