In each and each serving there's a small quantity of trans fat, some thing like 0.01 or in spite of. the quantity is so insignificant that they are saying 0 grams. hence in case you consume adequate servings you will finally attain an important quantity of trans fat.

Besides it is still absoulutely considerably unhealthy for way too many resons to even begin to explain. If all you car about is fat...not having trans fat is not enoughto not affect weight. There are many other factors, and I'm not just talking about carbs, we need carbs,we need multible vitamins, nutrients, not too mention enzymes in order for our body to digest the food properly which is nessacary not only too not gain extra weight but too not die of colon cancer as well...Enzymes that the chicken also doesn't have.
