I want to get the webnursery.com's "firstfotos" of my niece, but for only a fe wpictures it is $36, most of the being wallets. There is no copyright on the front or anything but I am sure that most people no what baby's hospital pictures look like...and the stores say everywhere no copyright. But what would happen if I just sent them to Walgreens or Walmart over the computer to be printed? I just want to make sure I don't get arrested or something in the fricken store!

You won't get arrested, but the store might refuse to print them.

If you are not the photographer you probably don't own the copyright on the photos. Making copies for yourself would be illegal, but not criminal, and probably not worth their time to track you down for damages. It could also be a breach of contract, if you signed something saying you would hire them to make prints in the future and you could end up having to pay them for the copies you made without their permission. Generally nobody cares if you do a few and quietly put them into a scrapbook someplace.

in all likelyhood, they would refuse to print them, as it would make them liable for copyright violations. And, technically, if you possessed the copies, you could be fined and charged too.
