Nothing untill after the baby is born. My myoma is the size of a grapefruit and Im 3 months pregnant. My doc said everything "should" be fine, it can cause preterm labor depending on the size and location of the myoma. Afterf your baby is born there are several options to removing it most leave you sterile though. However if its not growing rapidly and causing problems (heavy bleeding and major cramping) then you could just leave it there. MIne's been in me for about three years now it started as the size of a quarter.
