There's two songs that I can think of right now. The first one everybody and their mother has heard:

Triumph - Wu

The second one, nobody on HERE has probably heard but it's straight pure Hip Hop fromabout '94 before you had to be a thug to sell cds.

It's called "Flow On" and it has Pete Rock, a woman I don't know, and one of the guys from Lords of The Underground.

--Kevin D, good looking out on the name of that song, and you're right about her. I had to dust my brain off. It's been a long time since I even thought about Lord of The Underground. The track was nice though, right?

I have one more that's even older that JUST came to mind because it was just so real at the time. And I think it's still relavent today. It's called "Self Destruction". But we should stop showing that we're a little older, because most people reading this never heard that song.--

Oh and then there's "Life's A *****" w/ Nas ft. AZ!

How could I forget that one???

Material Love (loves gonna get ya) by the Supreme KRS-ONE and Boogie Down Productions. This song is like a great short opus of a novel. Because he paints such a vivid picture so intelligently. Like when he explains how poor the young man was before he started selling drugs. "My sisters cute but she has no gear. I got 3 pairs of pants with my brother I share. There in school I'm made a fool, with one and half pair of pants you ain't cool. There is no money for nothing else. I have beans, rice and bread on my shelf". Vivid huh?

KRS is to me by far the most complete EMCEE ever. He has the keen ability to be totally lyrical and not loose anyone because he stresses his words and articulates like a public speaker. KRS is Hip Hops Ambassador to scholars. You could put him in front of the greatest scholars and he would capture there minds.

I know you got soul - Eric B & Rakim

To Nunna Yorz:
Flow on (the Symphony) - Was a Pete Rock remix of a Lords of the Underground song. He appeared on the track as did Sah-B (the female voice) who appeared on every album dropped by LOTU. Now that's what I call diggin in the crates.

Since this form of noise cannot be considered music by any one with even a little taste, you cannot use the word "song" and you cannot say one noise is better than the other.
It would be advisable to grow up and begin to appreciate music instead of noise, like hip hop, rap, metal and other trash.
