is there a thing called ghost -which religion deals with this. has anybody seen this with their normal eyes?

Are you talking about the Jinn? The jinn are not ghost, they are created from smokeless fire, and Islam has a whole chapter devoted to them.
The Jinn are spirits that were created by God out of fire, and are roughly equivalent to the daimones or daimonia of Greco-Roman mythology. The jinn spirits were said to inhabit caves, graveyards, darkness, and the underground, and could consort with deities in pre-Islamic traditions. In Islamic traditions, the jinn are lower beings than humans and angels, and were made to bow before Adam. The Jinn tempt and seduce mankind to stray from God, but they have been given permission to do so by God.

I was walking late at night and I passed by an old house that was turned into a business, I looked up at the attic window and saw a man standing there dressed in turn of the century clothes, he never looked at me just straight ahead, I never saw him again but I know he was a ghost.

there isnt any particualr thing that is called a ghost.. but in some religions , like islam it is belived that there is a an existance of a spirit like called gin and they are some explanation of it in the quran.

I thought I saw one with my false eye once. Turns out it was just a smudge ;(
