Well, that depends upon if you have your disk formatted with NTFS. If so, then you can right-click the folder and set the folder so that only your account has permission to open the folder.
If not, you can try to make the folder hidden so that others cannot see it.

I would use winRAR to archieve it in a password protected folder system.
