Learning is about the journey simply because the more you enjoy the process of learning, the more information you will retain... and the better you will be for it.
For example:
A child who enjoys going to school applies more focus and self motivation to learn what is taught and then some. They experience a joyful and positive fulfillment, they are eager, have less behavioral problems, and are more successful as far as grades go. They want to learn, they want to continue to learn, and they have a good time doing it. They retain the information longer then it takes to pass the test, and they add to it. They receive a better education, and the destination is worth the journey.
A child who hates it at school just shuts themselves up behind the class and finds a way to get through it...they learn enough to pass the tests and to get to graduation, if they don't chose to drop out first. The tend to have behavioral problems, social problems...they are simply miserable. They don't care to be there, they feel forced, and feel like their time is being wasted. They could be doing something they actually like, so they skip school to fulfill themselves in some other way they feel is worthy.~~ They may have reached the goal, but they have not retained much of the information...and have been formed into a different person all together then they would have been had they actually enjoyed the journey.

Absolutely. I have made my mind up about a certain subjects 100 tmes only to find out that new facts came into focus and now I have made a 180. Also as I grow older I am more tolerant of others and their ideas and ideals. And I am loving the journey!!!

Are you serious about that or just being another parrot ... because if you are, you better question yourself what a Journey is and what a destination means to you...

Yes, you cant really believe in something if you are just given the answers. It is imperitive to think for yourself and find the information and experiences that are necessary to fully understand the destination and why you came to it.
